Where can I buy replacement parts such as filters or light bulbs?
You can order replacement parts from our Parts Store. We offer light bulbs on our store but they can easily be purchased at a local hardware store.
Note: The LED bulb SKU numbers are GU10 MR16.
How long does it take to process my parts order?
Your parts store order will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days of receipt.
What is the Trade-Wind® Parts Store return policy?
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Learn more about our store policy.
