CRAFTED TO PRECISION
All our products are crafted, wholly or in part, from corrosion- and temperature-resistant 304-grade stainless steel mixed and finished exclusively at North American Stainless mills. To achieve the highest level of precision, each steel blank is sliced and shaped into a dimensionally accurate, 3D CAD-specified form. Advanced, computed-guided machine tooling and painstaking attention to product design and assembly ensure the superior durability and performance of all Trade-Wind products, which are protected by a three-year parts and labor warranty.
Superior Ventilation & Cleanliness
Experience has proven that efficient, exceptionally quiet ventilation begins with the size and speed of the fan. Furnished with oversized 7” by 7” blower wheels, Trade-Wind inserts — the workhorses for thoroughly integrated ventilation systems — move a high volume of air at a low motor speed, resulting in range hoods that deliver exceptional power at a whisper.
To ensure optimal ventilation and leave kitchen surfaces spotless, our fans are designed to work seamlessly with our baffle filters. Smoke and hot air pulled into the ducting by the blower wheel are carried through the beveled ridges of the filter, trapping oil, grease, and airborne particulates. Crafted with flat, smooth surfaces and easily removed by hand, stainless steel baffle filters allow for simple, dishwasher-safe cleaning.
