Featuring a galvanized steel housing with a powder coat finish, Trade-Wind In-Line Blowers are designed to be installed “in-line” with a Trade-Wind or comparable kitchen hood liner. These fans are specifically designed to provide efficient, high velocity air movement by combining the best elements of high flow axial designs with the power of centrifugal squirrel cage blower. Direct Drive motor construction eliminates the need for continuous belt alignment, tension adjustments and maintenance.

Trade-Wind Duct Silencers are designed with a perforated lining and diffuser material that provides noise absorption for Trade-Wind (and other brands) In-Line and Remote Mount Ventilators. The PSS Duct Silencers are shipped permanently assembled and contain no moving parts for operation. They can be mounted at any angle.

Trade-Wind backdraft dampers are designed with a galvanized steel collar and lightweight aluminium damper blades that are spring loaded for positive closure to a neoprene seal.

Trade-Wind Fast Clamps are designed to isolate and absorb motor vibration noise transmitted by the walls of the duct with a 3/8″ neoprene lining. In addition, the Fast Clamps secure the ventilation duct to the in-line blower, duct silencer, or damper.

Ductless conversion kits can be added to select Trade-Wind® products where no exterior ducting option exists. Our unique kits contain charcoal filters that install directly to the back of our baffle filters. Ductless kit ships with charcoal filters and install brackets. Range hood ducting materials and metal elbows are not included in this kit and must be purchased separately.

Trade-Wind® Roof Cap is designed to be installed as a termination of a 10” round duct run from either a Trade-Wind® indoor ventilation product or our outdoor BBQ Hood or BBQ Liner.
