Recessed controls and LED lights. Buttons and light glare hidden from the front. Two LED lights brighten cooking area (three on 48”,60”, and four on 72” model).
Commercial grade stainless steel (#304 grade) and galvanized steel construction. CFM and sound tested by Energy Systems Laboratory at Texas A&M University.
Rubber-mounted motor & large, squirrel-cage blowers reduce sound and vibration. 3-speed motor control reduces blower and air movement sound.
Double bank of baffle filters allows for the largest active capture area in
outdoor hoods. Generously proportioned 32” depth of hood bottom, 15′′ depth at top, 24′′ high, provides an exceptional capture area.
Cool touch knarled knobs for easy control.
All 24” bodied hoods easily convert from vertical discharge to horizontal at job site

Two or four internal sealed motors deliver 1200 CFM or 2300 CFM

- Hoods with internal blowers are all pre-wired and pre-assembled
- Top 10” round discharge, two 10” on larger models. (For rear discharge, change blowers’ orientation)
- 2 piece, telescopic Duct Cover provided for adjustment up to 10′ ceiling, optional Duct Cover for up to 12′ ceiling is available
- Durable, dishwasher safe commercial stainless steel baffle filters
